     Hi Fellahs! I am writing this blog to share a magazine article that caught my attention last week of October.  My grandmother has been a Health and Home subscriber for almost 30 years. She spent most of her time reading it, so I got curious. One time, while scanning the Health and Home magazine volume 60, I found an article that caught my attention. "Diet and Depression" by Eden L. Elisan was all about what to do and what to eat to overcome and avoid depression. According to the article, the World Health Organization estimates over 300 million people all over the world suffer from depression. In the Philippines, 2015 data show that 3.3 million Filipinos suffered from depressive disorders, while another 3 million have anxiety disorders.  According to the author, an overwhelming amount of evidence supports the benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle for preventing cardiovascular disease, cancer, dementia, and mental health disorders, including depression....

"Road To Unwind"

Hello Fella's I would like to share to you the feels of Datu Salumay.  LET'S GO!! It was around 4:00 am, my uncle drove along the way, while I and my cousins are staying and enjoying the view. We traveled throughout the busy highway were city lights are visible but the clock is ticking moving too fast then we have noticed that the clear sky was overcast. Around 5:00 am, we exactly arrived at Calinan with a gloomy sky, and suddenly the rain started pouring. The whole  ride was very cold, it feels like we we're inside the refrigerator freezing unto death. When we arrived at Marilog District we stopped by on their market to by fresh vegetables and fruits. While waiting for our aunt, we noticed a lot of visitors are buying in the market, and there's a lot of car being park that caused heavy traffic.  Hour's have passed, we reached our destination, the Amore Garden which is our simple family rest house. Hello Fella's! How was your day? Are you ready to know more about my recording day? Well, read at your own risk. The content of this blog was my experiences during our cover music video. It's my first time to do a serious cover music video, with my siblings and cousins. LET'S START!! On that day all  of us are surprised and excited because finally we can showcase our talent around the globe.    I felt happy, excited, nervous at the same time, and blessed for another opportunity. I traveled 2 hours, to go at the venue, I already imagined of what will happen on this music recording. My mind are everywhere, imagining things for an excellent outcome for today's cover. So, finally I arrived at exactly 8:00 am in the morning but the more I get closer at the venue the more my heart sink from beating so fast.
